Beach Boy is a maverick cop whose unorthodox and incompetent ways are frowned upon by his uptight superiors. On a routine stakeout, Beach Boy and Mr. Chow rescue a lovely Mainland girl named Ah Yuk, who was previously abused by her criminal uncle.
