Nunzio and Paolo have always been friends but their partnership has only produced a series of failed businesses financed by their wives, who are now threatening to throw them out of the house. The two seek redemption by opening a vegetarian restaurant until, to please a food critic on whom their destinies depend, they find themselves faced with the need to transform the place into a steakhouse.
